The management of Iraklis Thermaikou announces that goalkeeper George Avramidis will not be a member of the team as from the new season, as he is moving to Athens, due to professional obligations.

George joined Iraklis Thermaikou in 2020 and made his own contribution to the promotion to the A1 category of the Greek Football League. He stood out early on for his character, his impeccable technical training and his passion for the sport, with the Captain’s armband rightfully belonging to him!

As he said: “It was four beautiful years, with many rewards and few regrets. I am confident that the team will fulfill its goals for the new season. Until we meet again, guys”.

We thank him from the bottom of our hearts for everything he has contributed to the team and for all the moments on and off the field that we shared together. We wholeheartedly wish him success in all his future endeavors, personal and professional.

We are confident that George will continue to excel himself in everything he does, leaving his own mark.
